I planted many tomato plants in my front garden this year as normally by now blight has set in in my allotment and only a few outdoor tomatoes would make it to our plate. This year has been amazing and I have far too many for our own use. As I know that Taste on Clumber Road is always looking for locally grown fresh food, I decided to drop some in for them to use in their lovely Pannini's.
If you are in the area, worth tasting these sweet roasted tomatoes and get a taste of West Bridgford!
